Southwest has a team of qualified service professionals ready to assist you. Simply CONTACT our office, and we will take care of the rest.
Equipment under warranty
Service will be done on-site at locations that are within a 100km area of our service centers known as Kitchener, Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Montreal and Halifax. In the event that the equipment is outside of this area, service would be done at one of our service centers.
Response Time Upon receipt of a call, a service technician will call back to the client within three hours and if necessary will make arrangements for a visit within 24 hours.
